Awesome Sunday morning workout!
35 Minute run covering 6KM and a 5 minute powerhouse on the cross trainer + lots of lifting!
Feeling pretty good now in Starbucks sipping tea, snacking on satsumas and a pomegranate and blueberry Fruitus bar!
I think I am getting a cold, I have been sneezing a lot and I have been really congested…..gonna exercise and clean eat my way better!
Venti, extra hot, skinny latte with cinnamon on top and a chocolate orange Nakd bar!
Dipping the Nakd bar in the froth is heavenly! Getting my mind ready for Body Combat later!
Calling all Peanut butter lovers!!!!!!
Over the weekend, during a browse in Waitrose, me and my girlfriend came across these (see pic). They call themselves ‘peanut snacks’ we loooove anything nutty and seen as they are 50% peanuts and the rest corn with some oil and salt (not the absolute healthiest but high in protein and good fats) we thought we would give them a go!
They are the actual bomb! Peanut butter crisps and only 140 calories a bag with no wheat or gluten they are perfect! Plus they are 35p a bag! Bargain!
Sunday morning latte.
After a lie in and lots of snuggles in bed we dragged ourselves out to Starbucks. The weather is miserable, misty rain and cold winds making my skinny, extra hot latte even more appealing.
